Sensible move. Should've done this at the start of the series.

Team feels very unbalanced. Much preferred the one against New Zealand, even if it was very similar. Too many batsman out of position, too many right armers, and we need more batting stability.
Lower-middle order in awful nick which doesn't help.
Can't wait to have Root back, and please bring in Willey, and if you're going to play Mo play him somewhere sensible.

Completely agree with you. Given Rashid is your No.1 spinner in ODIs do you need another spinner in England? If you play Moe, play him as a batsman, not lower order, because he is vulnerable to short ball and can't whack it out of the park.
Morgan should be the finisher, yet he is coming in at 4, I feel that No.5 is perfect for him. Once Root is back, have him at 3, and if you are going to keep Moe in the side play him at 4 instead of Taylor or just don't play him at all.

Well this is currently looking like a turn-up for the books. Emphasis on "turn".

Was at the game today, thought I'd make the effort to reach one international against the Aussies. Lucked out with choosing a day England would win, fun atmosphere all round. There was one Aussie fan with a flag and inflatable kangaroo causing a ruckus. The former was stolen by England fans and the latter was popped. The fan got kicked out in the end. Then the crowd had loads of fun with Hales, resulting in him wearing that walrus mask on TV. The cricket was okay too.
