They've selected Topley to debut in this T20, interesting choice. Hope he performs well!

Are we using this thread for the ODIs and T20s as well?

Hales misses two full tosses and is out. Are u sure this is the batsman you want to open in tests?

I'm amazed by all the suggestions that Stoinis is an all-rounder. He is slower than Binny and that is something. He is a solid middle-order bat, nothing more. Don't even think he is a good T20 batsman, ODI yes, but he is slow and ideally suited to tests.

That was a tongue in cheek comment not meant to be taken seriously songster

Ah my apologies, Sri, I didn't see the emoticon.

On another note, Cameron Boyce. A leggie who was flown in for just the T20 still to bowl, 13 overs done. CRAZY

Maybe that's why he hadn't bowled yet, Sri?

Maybe that's why he hadn't bowled yet, Sri? I'm sorry Boyce. I spoke too soon. Nah, he is a really good LO leggie. Smith took too long. And fyi Stoinis isn't an all-rounder and anyone who says otherwise has never seen him play. To say he is a like-for-like replacement for Faulkner is just foolish.

Eng on turbo charge. 41 runs from last two overs.
EDIT: England finish with 182. I'd say that is slightly above par. Should be a cracking chase.

That was pretty fun, Morgan and Moeen on song. Openers fell a little flat but a pretty good total overall.

Still don't see what Billings adds at no.7. He doesn't have time to express himself there. When Root is picked, I'd like to see the same team with Root instead of Billings for the World T20.

That is the funniest dismissal I've seen in a long, long time. Poor Watto.
