Michael 'Dinosaur' Vaughan told that Ben Stokes must be carefully managed and Eng should not burn him out, as part of his 'punditry' work in BT sports. That's rather odd for two reasons. First of all, it is coming from the guy who himself claimed that he'd rather play a half fit Flintoff because he was so important for the team.
And second of all, why do BT Sports have shitty pundits???!! Let us just take a moment and appreciate how BT viewers are screwed hearing Vaughan and Michael Owen offer their pearls of wisdom on air. If anybody who has not heard Owen commentate, this piece of gospel that he utters: "To stay in the game, you have to stay in the game" It seems that the crazier you utter, the more popular you become.

A bit harsh on Owen, he is not that bad and there are worst commentators. As for the pundits BT has assembled , it will be a nightmare listening to Pieterson, Swann, Vaughan and Ponting.

I like Swann! And I think I heard KP once - he wasn't awful.
Vaughan can **** off, mind. I don't necessarily think he's wrong that England have to be careful with Ben Stokes, but you know what they say about stopped clocks.

Weirdly, BT's Rugby pundits are first rate. That cricket line up does look bloody awful though.

Some pearls of wisdom from Michael Vaughan today: "England must park the bus in India" - I thought he supported the Blades, and I don't know how exactly England would do 'park the bus'.

Predictions....
Series score: 5-0 India Top runscorer, each side: Kohli and Root (going out on a a limb there....) Top wicket taker, each side: Ashwin and Stokes
And for bonus points...
The player most likely to Boyd Rankin, I.e debut in the last game of an already hopelessly lost series: Hameed
The number of different players used by England in the series: 14
The total number of runs scored by England's left handers against Ravi Ashwin: 200
The number of Day 4s that see play in the series (assuming that Day 5 is thoroughly out of the question) 4

That's two easy wickets in each game gone. Although I hate the Indian squad. Pathetic decision to draft in Hardik Pandya who has done jack squat in red ball.

The Indian selectors seem to really rate him, his stats from the 'A' tour to Australia were not that amazing either. I can understand him in one-day cricket but I don't think he is ready for test cricket.

Too bad that Rohit will not play. I have never seen him play but after hearing many people say that he is a shot-maker like Bell / Laxman, I wanted to see how he does. Have to wait then, to see him play in tests.

Don't even get me started on the non sense that is BCCI's administration and their way of handling stuff.

And they say ECB is badly administered. Not bad for the supposedly richest Board. Not enough money in TV deals, BCCI?

This is not about the money they have. They have a lot of that to spare but how much of it they are allowed to spend because of the recommendations made by lodha committee which were upheld by the courts.
