Jordan called up for Finn, presumably as a specialist slip fielder.

I'm very surprised that Jordan has been called up. Similar to Woakes, he's just looked ineffective as a bowler.

Bleh, Jordan. I don't understand. Bowling too ineffective. Unless he's come along as a specialist fielder.

Hey, don't you group Jordan in with Woakes! Woakes is okay as a Test bowler, especially in English conditions. Jordan... bleah.
Ian Bell owes England a triple-century or two.

They have both struggled for wickets.
My prediction is Bell with either get 1 or a pretty 50 then throw it away! Although he does enjoy a score between 10 & 20...

Well batted Shoaib Malik. Another flat track bully, you still have to score the runs though.

Well batted, Malik, a great occasion. And well done to Shafiq too, done his part in burying England's bowling.

two wickets in quick succession and it is Durham to the rescue for England, yet again. Can they skittle Pakistan under 550?
EDIT: another wicket and one more for Stokes, Malik's long vigil is over. Are my eyes deceiving me or did Bell just take a catch?

Stokes running amok, Bell taking catches. The tides are turning!
(Superb knock by Malik)

Declaration. Wonder how the Rashid fans are feeling now. Worst debutant figures in history. Come back Simon, all is forgiven.

30 wicketless overs and five sessions in the field in astonishing heat. Now, would you mind opening the batting for the first time in your professional career Moeen?

Curious declaration by Misbah, thought 550 was par on this road. Why declare when you can add a bit more and demoralise England even more.
