Big fan of Oshane Thomas' record as per Zaltzman - most innings without scoring at the start of an ODI career (5 innings over 13 games)

Which side? The funny thing is that Mark Wood is uninjured, has three wickets, and is bowling like the wind while the batsmen crumble.

Our batting line up is falling to pieces! A hammy injury could take 2 weeks min to recover from, Morgan has history with back problems too? (Or was that just Root...)

Woakes batting at 3 is a surprise. Somewhat lessened by the injuries though.

He's got a decent case for staying there.
Would be fair to say this game has been a bit of a walkover, conditions changed pretty dramatically for batting and Windies have given up now, Gayle bowling seam up for the lols in a world cup isn't particularly edifying.

Woakes batting at three has been the best part of this innings.

Clinical performance, slight concern about injuries for Roy and Morgan but England playing fantastic cricket. Root with another effortless hundred.

The WI bowling attack looks terrible. Really bad. Thomas might get a few cheap wickets; otherwise I just can’t see where they’re coming from. EDIT: Missed Russell. Still though, that’s 20 overs at a push. EDITEDIT: I’m starting to look a bit silly. Remember when you all laughed at this?

Fewest matches for ODI double of 6000+ runs & 250+ wickets 202 - Shakib Al Hasan 294 - Shahid Afridi 296 - Jacques Kallis
Not many players that can walk into any team but for me he’s one!

Apparently he’s not the only one getting compared to Kallis: www.bbc.com/sport/cricket/48667762Wood is, unsurprisingly, a very entertaining writer. I’d be gutted if he didn’t make the commentary box post-career. He’d be a damn sight better than Swann or Cook.
