Good effort by Surrey to get to 346, now need to bowl well to keep target low as possible.

That's a hefty target, slow and steady Durham.
Hampshire doing surprisingly well considering they're at the bottom. Good thing for Warks that they've accumulated so many points already.
Sussex will be staring down the barrel if both Hampshire and Middlesex win.

Looks like a "when" at this stage, Vaddon! Of course, Middx. could always have a lovely middle-order collapse. They're good at that. Worcs. vs. Notts. looking like it might develop into a close game, but I'd call Notts. for the win at the moment. Oh, and Monty has four. Good job.

Yeah, I hope Robson makes a century.
Stoneman has gone, pretty big wicket.

Sorry for the mockers, Robson.
Vince and Carberry having some fun, both on the verge of centuries.
Edit: Carbs falls in the 90's.

Durham v Yorkshire, no matter the result, has all the makings of a perfect game. Low initial totals, Yorkshire struggled then fought back and Durham have a tough target

Sorry for the mockers, Robson. Vince and Carberry having some fun, both on the verge of centuries. Edit: Carbs falls in the 90's. You are terrible on the mockers, Vaddin! Middx. suddenly looking a heck of a lot more precarious. And nobody is surprised, ever.

At least Vince made his century! 444 the target for the Bears.
Random announcement but Graves is president of Scarborough CC now too. Busy guy.

At least!? That puts pressure on (but does not ruin) my point that Vince has been in terrible form this season! You'll have Hantsfan saying "Vince for England" if you carry on like that!
Dawid Malan, now - there's a classy player.

Yorkshire grafting hard for their wickets but slowly wittling away.
Looks like Worcs has a good chance of winning their match at the moment, made a great start.
Malan in terrific form.
Glos has defeated Glamorgan, which has put a pretty big dent into their promotion chances.

All I wanted is for the game to go into the fourth day, no matter win or loss. Looks like they'll lucky to go on after 4 today. Spineless surrender. That batting lineup needs some serious work.
Hopefully this doesn't affect the important game vs Derbyshire tomorrow. But I am not fancying our chances.
Anyways looks like it is going to be a survival and a mid-table finish again, followed by limp exits from both LO competitions.
Squad needs some competition for places, but no money to get anyone in. The youngsters are doing alright, but not too many batsmen coming through, which is a worry and all the promising ones are either picked off by England or injured at the moment.
#Rantover
NOTE: Apologies for not being around, been busy with work, and that might well continue to be the case for the next few more days

Yorkshire 50 points clear with a game in hand, with their 2nd place rival, Warks, staring down defeat against Hampshire.
Nothing seems likely to threaten the leaders position, unfortunately.
In other news, Leics have a small chance at achieving their second victory of the season. They need 273 which could be tricky.
Edit: I've just seen Shantry's figures. 8-7-2-0. That is absurd.

Ah but Sri, you've always known that your batsmen weren't great. That's why you love your team! Yorkshire have great bowlers and batsmen, sadly.
Could be a good finish today, Middx. vs. Sussex. Unfortunately I suspect that I won't have a free-ish work day to enjoy it...

Hello, I have been away and have missed lots. Has the Liveblog on Cricinfo died a complete death?
