Really nice of the windies to finally turn up to their own series. While this means a whitewash isn't possible at least it might mean that the last two tests are really competitive.

I really don't think that was a surprise.

I'm mostly here for the Sriharage. Dhawan and Rohit in over Vijay and Pujara!
To be fair I can see why you'd do that on this series. Their bowling isn't very good, and if there's one thing those two can do it's take advantage of mediocre attacks.
Meanwhile the Windies include a 19-year-old seamer. Worked for Pakistan, but I can't help thinking that he won't have the stamina. Not good with Gabriel also playing.
(Of course the alternative is that he does enough in his first spell to justify his place...)

WI have started well here. Juuuuust waiting for the collapse of four for ten, as Bravo and Samuels hustle to out-idiot each other.

I was seething when I saw the team of course but with this kohli at the helm there's nothing he won't do to have Rohit in the side even if it means dropping your best test batsman, moving your second best up the order and changing the side for no rhyme or reason. Anyhoo my man, alzarri has arrived and with Ashwin scoring another century, I'm pretty content with how the game is at the moment

That's the windies collapse we all know and love. With a day washed out and the match seemingly heading for a draw on day four, windies lose seven wickets for 23 runs to give India a 128-run lead. With just over four sessions to go, a draw still is the most likely outcome but an Indian win is possible with a bit of t20 bashing before the end of the day and that's all thanks to a WI collapse.
Just when I thought they turned a corner, they go back to their old ways.

Feckin' marvellous. Three whole days of no rain and no play. What a farce. I bet this was always how Pakistan wanted to rise to number one in the world.

Sure it was. They are no.1 now and fair play to them. Anyways we have 13 home tests coming up this season so I'm not too bothered

Absolute carnage in this T20. 5 sixes in that one over.

Well if the US doesn't have at least a fleeting bit of interest in cricket now there's no hope
