Well, is the requirement for match winning talent, or just talent? Because Keaton does seem to have a talent for throwing away good starts

I picked Matt Fisher. Seen him on TV a couple of times and was pretty impressed. He's what, 17/18?
Besides, best upcoming talent are always batsman. I felt like picking a bowler.
He also has a good name.
