Bit of a tame and disappointing ending here.

Middle order has been a bit pants. Disappointing if England lose after that great platform.
Edit: Meh, feel bad for Edwards. Hope it doesn't set the tone for the rest of England's day.

Yes, hopefully the men can cheer us up. ^^

Once again, the only people who can bat are at the top of the order (one of whom is 36). The middle is filled with blancmange.
Disappointing. Like in the Ashes, hope the men can salvage some respectability. (Odd that it's that way round.)

Kane actually lost a toss, England bowling first.

Kane prefers to defend, Eoin prefers to chase. Don't think the toss would have made a difference. The difficulty will be not being throttled by New Zealand's Spin High-Impact Trio Twosome.

I like the idea of chasing. Any dew works for us and avoids the uncertainty of setting something decent.
We've batted first 3 times this tournament, and while we won twice neither were exactly comfortable. Just need to keep NZ below 200...

BBC live text piccies are mucked up:
"I'm told there's currently a bit of an issue with the live page. It's supposed to be like that. We're trying out a new Japanese Manga style. Not a fan? I'll feed that back to the bosses and hopefully we'll have it back to normal asap."
Class.

Fantastic from Jordan. Still got an over to go and needs to cut the wides out but he has actually bowled very well in the last couple of games.

At this rate I'll need to find another player to blame everything on.

Was thinking that. Actually a very good death bowler now, not so sure about him doing anything else but that's not something England have been very good at. (Jade Dernbach anyone?)

I reckon that is very chaseable.
Of course, depends a lot on how we play their spinners. Still, we are right in this.

First 10 overs: 89/1 Last 10 overs: 64/7
For those who don't have Sky, the legend that is Kumar Sangakkara reckons NZ are 20 below par. Nick Knight agrees.

"Should be below par... is below par." Hopefully.

Oh, Morgan. At least it's probably too late to have any major effect,
