TN win a low scoring thriller at Chepauk. With just 11 runs to win and four wickets in hand, Baroda still managed to lose. All thanks to the destroyer in chief at Chepauk, Rahil Shah, who took four wickets in 2 overs to seal a 7-run win.

A pretty good day for Jammu & Kashmir after their draw in the first match and a hundred for Rasool.

What a day for Saurashtra! Jadeja now has 24 wickets @ 8.25... Incredible!

Incredible to have 4 on the trott, even if it's in the sub continent!

Exactly. playing in favorable conditions is one thing, but to continue to take five-wicket hauls for four straight innings is ridiculously good, even if it was only in the Ranji trophy.
Hope he is recalled into the Indian side soon, because he can be an invaluable asset lower down the order in all formats.

He just needs to work on his temperament when batting and he'll be an all round better player. Unless India utilise him as a Moeen Ali type player at 8?

he won't be in the top six for sure, so he will bat either 7 or 8, depending on whether India continue with their five-bowler policy or not.
The problem is that with Mishra doing so well now, Ashwin the no.1 spinner, unless his batting improves, I doubt India will go with three spinners in India, even if Ashwin and Mishra have test fities and in Ashwin's case hundreds to their name.

That man Jadeja is at it again. Saurashtra win in two days again. Sir extends his run of five-fers to six and finishes with match figures of 13-135 as Saurashtra win by 35 runs.
Sir now has taken a scarcely believable 37 wickets in three matches at an average of 9 and economy of 2.4.

Hopefully he is back to bowling how he was before his operation, but I want to see him against South Africa before saying he is back.
In other news, Rasool scores another century for J&K

Obviously, SA is the real test but if Ashwin is not fit, then my two spinners will be Jadeja and Mishra, without a doubt.

Karnataka vs Rajasthan started today, I think that's a clash of some fairly big beasts right Srihari? My limited knowledge of Indian cricket suggests those two and Mumbai are the 'test match counties' of India?
Anyway, my boy Mayank top scored with 66 in an innings of 270/8
