Trust India to throw away a solid position. But having said that the umpiring has been atrocious. Both those that were given out and those that weren't.
Good thing is Rahane is developing into an excellent slip fielder. Think, when everyone is fit, India should go with Vijay, Ashwin and Rahane in the slips.
But the interesting bit is the slow turn, which makes it easier to bat.

India doesn't get to complain about the umpiring, Sri. Chandi's definitely made the most of his reprieve, mind you. Fantastic knock.

Who said I'm complaining, I'm stating facts. If I was complaining, that wouldn't be the tone of the sentence But seriously, even the last wicket wasn't out. The standard is so appaling. Maybe a one off but the amount of times the umpires didn't call no balls during the Ashes made me wonder if technology is hindering the growth of good umpires. EDIT: Its all over. need 176 to win.

This is what happens, when you play with one world class batsman, 3 flat-track bullies and two youngsters still finding their feet and drop your best No.3 since Dravid.

SL win comfortably a game which they should've lost yesterday. INDIA: Gifting wins away from home since forever.
Absolutely pathetic display, aside from Rahane and Ishant Sharma, nobody showed grit and determination.

India will never learn. They sacrifice their best test batsman and put him in at No.3, just to accomodate someone who doesn't make the most of his talent.

Throwit sharma does it again. A gentle inswinger from Mathews is enough to dislodge a set batsman. SL's day. India need at least 450. Looks more like 350 right now.

Ah, Binny. How nice to see you and your ineffectual medium-pace again.

Stuart efffing Binny is bowling no balls. Bloody hell. Why the hell is he anywhere near the side. Bhuvi is a far better batsman and bowler.
