Without realising I posted the exact same thing at the exact same time in the general international bantah thread Great minds and all that. Zim now need 115 from 16 overs with Sean the Man closing in on another well-deserved century

And Afghanistan win the series 3-2. Williams' first ODI century is in vain.

And just like that history is made.
Stop whatever it is you are doing and take a minute to congratulate Afghanistan on their first ever bilateral ODI series win over a full-member nation.
Also, that man Sean again, #class #lastmanstanding

Wonderful achievement for Afghanistan but Williams should also be extremely proud of his personal efforts.
Edit: I also completely forgot about the ICC Intercontinental Cup's return, looks like Ireland restricted Namibia decently.

Well done to Afghanistan
Namibia make 250-9 on day 1 of intercontinental cup match with the Ireland bowlers sharing the wickets around.

Well, this is a dominating performance from Ireland. Only lost 1 wicket and are on the verge of matching Namibia's performance, with both batsmen achieving centuries.

Ireland on course for the win, but Stirling does, what he always does, flatters to deceive.
The best part of Ireland's score is their run rate, which is a notch above 4. With 34 more overs left in the day, Ireland can lift their lead upto 120 at the end of day two and put them in complete control

Double century for Joyce at over a run a ball before losing his wicket. Fantastic stuff. The following batsman, Niall O'Brien, was out for a duck.

I said lead of 120, Ireland have 150 and still 7 wickets in hand. If Ireland don't win this, I'll be very very surprised.

Declaration by Ireland, lead by 319 runs. They should almost certainly win if they bowl well.
Edit: Murtagh strikes in the first over, heh.

when you are trailing by 320, the last thing you'd want is a wicket in the first over.
anyhoo, Zimbabwe off to a flier in the T20 against Afghanistan. 58/0 after 6 overs.

Murtagh bags a second wicket, hasn't conceded a run yet.

Doesn't look like it, Namibia are 12/4 now and Ireland are ripping through them!
