England need 242 to win. An achievable target but still an above par score. But still 79 runs from the last 10 overs, shows that England still need to work on their death bowling.

In some areas, the ladies are none too dissimilar to the gents...
My gut feeling is two early wickets and England never recover.

England's fielding wasn't very good, they really need to improve that before the T20 leg of the Ashes

There was absolutely no need to play at that and with that goes the game.

Well, Healy did a good job in the last few overs. 239 sounds like it'll be a tought chase. A top order collapse worthy of the men. Consecutive heavy defeats. It won't be 10-4 this time.

Looks like the women aren't too different from the men after all. 4-2 Australia. Unless England win the test match, there is no way they are retaining the Ashes.

It's all over for this game. Before the last Ashes some of the Australian fans were boasting that if they put Ellyse Perry in the men's side she would roll them over too. Last Ashes she was a very anonymous figure though after the first couple of games: expensive and unpenetrative with the ball and hardly a run with the bat. This time she looks more like the figure that the fans were boasting about.

No. An ODI win and a Test draw would retain the Ashes 7-7. there are no more ODIs just three T20s and I for don't see England winning more than 1 T20 match. so if they win the test match and one T20, they'll have 8 points and Aus can only get max of 8 and as holders Eng will retain the Ashes.

OK. Thought it was the same format as last time: 1xT20, 3xODI and a Test.
