The format makes it an absolutely nightmare to run (or manage in) as dividing up rounds is rubbish.
Honestly, nothing has made me more activist about the fixture schedule being a colossal mess than trying to sort out fantasy leagues. Football have it so very easy...
Edit: although just noticed that you probably mean the fact that you've come 6th out of 8 whilst scoring the most points. That's just hilarious tbf.
Yeah... It's the second bit! I absolutely love the fantasy elements to the blast, county, rlodc, world Cup, wc qualifiers etc. Creates a sense of interest in games you'd otherwise not be interested in. But v fking annoying that I've scored 700 points more than 2nd top scorer and am 6th! Tbf it's luck of the draw, and I'm a huge advocate of the league structure being the player vs player set up, makes it so much more fun to follow.

The teams 6th and 7th this morning in the South go through today (fair play Eoin Morgan) and Kent, after starting with 5 wins, bow out.
I'm pretty gutted Hants managed to become Glammy's only scalp and miss out. Glammy still stand out as the only team to not win at least 5 in the South or 4 in the country - and the only single figure points score.

Essex zoom from being 7th in the South group after 13 games to semi finalists two games later.
Really poor scheduling from the ECB, clash with the Test meaning absolutely no crowd tonight (match at Durham). Could they not have had last week as quarter finals week given there was no Test? And maybe Championship games this week instead of having a random round a few weeks back? Not rocket science. I've heard Lancs made tickets £10 and offered free travel for members so fair play but never going to get 20k like you would had this been properly scheduled.
Bit confused by Vilas' choices as captain - Mahmood only 2 overs? Spinners bowling 19th & 20th?

Cracking finish, watched the last 5 overs in my car as strictly was on inside.... What a product the ecb has with its very grasps that could with the right marketing entice a new set of fans to cricket. What to do eh....
Balladeer: Happy new year and Christmas and all that to all. (Sorry - again, I mostly browse on mobile, so didn't see your earlier wishes!)

pierredelafranchesca: Gale and Pyrah to support Lions as coaches.....OK, i mean Gale has been shit for Yorks and is potentially neck deep in this racism case, but sure why not. In fact, keep the useless prick.

Balladeer: Definitely needed to be a thread. I came up with one of the same answers as you because I can't see the chatbox on mobile.
