Oh dear oh dear. At least Martin Emerson didn’t get that bad.

This competition has had some excellent cricket. A real jab in the eye for the ECB. I know what I'll be following while the ODC's on next summer, and it won't be The Hundred.
Middlesex the latest to threaten an upset. Only threaten at this point, mind...

POINTLESS STAT ALERT In the three years where it's been top three go through, no 2nd place team has ever won their playoff/quarter final... all 6 games being won by the team that came 3rd. Useless, but kinda interesting as that's all away teams. 3rd place teams have gone on to win 3 of the 4 semi finals.
What a game though! Fantastic fightback, nearly enough to, for me, overtake Liverpool and Spurs in the list of incredible sporting comebacks this week. Lancs a scary prospect to a Hants fan now we're without Vince and Markram.

Couldn't have happened to a nicer team. 😏

Hampshire now presumably without Dawson, Vince and Markram (nor his replacement Rahane) for the final (3 of the PCA's Top 10 in MVP rankings!). Surprised Hants are still favourites with the bookies without our most consistent bowler and our two best batsmen...

Sneaky from Hants, selecting Wood who wasn’t even in the squad.
With Abbott, Fuller and Berg all being ex Middlesex and Edwards also successful in the past at lords, exciting bowling line up

Today we are all Somerset. Apart from those who are Hampshire.

Nope, I reckon Hampshire are slim favourites. That bowling attack plus the pressure of a chase in a final and Somerset being more desperate... a collapse beckons.

Final on the same day as an England knock about, hants without key players who are at said knockabout. All seems a bit degrading to the rlodc really doesn't it.

A cynic might say that’s exactly what they’re trying to achieve with the Hundred taking pride of place next year.

What are the fans singing to the tune of the Moeen/Hashim chant, does anybody know?

Professional performance from Somerset to win the title, Hampshire missing their key players badly.
