If and when play does start, don't think Warks will fancy it too much. The overhead conditions are perfect for swing bowling and although the pitch looked flat from whee I was, both Stoneman and Dougie Brown said there was some assistance for the bowlers, so Stoneman's prediction of bowling them out for 200 won't be impossible, especially if conditions stay the same.

Fancying Rushworth doing a Sidebottom, Srihari? The only game that seems like it's going on is Kent 2nd XI vs. Gloucs. 2nd XI. Rrrriveting stuff.

And the Durham players are out playing footy, Badger looks a player. I can see him being that dimunitve No.10 that orchestrates attacks and scores crucial goals.

What's Keaton Jennings like at football? I will look out for him, next time, they play. Haven't given him too much thought. The two players I always look at are Stoneman and Onions, who are cheeky and look like they know what they are doing.

James Whitaker was at the press box today at CLS. There was talks about Scott Borthwick and I heard him say that, given his sheer volume of runs, they are looking at him as a batsman first and not a spinner who bats. Thought this was sensitive info, so didn't put it on Espncricinfo.

Very interesting! He needs a big spark of runs in the next few games after his 60 odd!

Keeping a weather eye on the existence of a liveblog today - none so far. Mind you, speaking of weather eyes, Middlesex had one in it yesterday. Bore-draw on the cards - ironically, the only way for a win would be for Middx. to collapse today, after being on top for the only two days played.

I hope there is a liveblog because I won't be able to provide updates today. It's financial exam day. #PrayForSteadzz
Oh if I pass, I predict Keaton Jennings to score a century in the second innings.
