Division 1:
Yorks. v Lancs. Notts. v Essex Hants. v Som. Worcs. v Sur.
Division 2:
Middx. v Kent Dur. v Sus. Warks. v Leics. Nhants. v Derbs. Glam. v Gloucs.
The Roses match is definitely the one to watch here. Not only traditionally high-profile in and of itself, it could play a substantial part in who goes down this season. The rest of the matches through both divisions are much of a muchness, with Surrey, Warwickshire, and Worcestershire's fates all but settled. Middlesex could do Sussex a big favour if they manage to hold up Kent while the latter slice through Durham as expected.
If Surrey achieve anything other than an innings win, I will laugh.

I want us to go down as I think we'd benefit in the long term, but I don't want those fuckers to stay up in our stead. Catch 22 situation!

Glad Coad's back, makes that bowling attack look so much more potent. Batting first, standard 170 a.o.

Middlesex’s fragile batting at a cloudy Lord’s vs. Matt Henry. Dear oh dear.

Tresco smiting Abbott for three fours in his first over, after playing out a maiden to Steyn. Glorious. We’ll miss him when he’s gone.
Whiiiiiiiich is now. (From the pitch at least.)

Looking decent for Yorkshire.
Sorry, descent. As in, going down.

Wish that the 8 to get out were batting on the same pitch as TKC

When you come in at 5, make just over half the runs and finish unbeaten......i'd start looking for another county Tom

Only one total over 200 so far, and just barely. Playing the sharp end of the Championship in September really is a joke.

Worcs. making a jolly good stab of it, all concerned. I’m sure it’ll still go pears-up somewhere down the line.

Anyone reckon they could play that? Joverton's 90mph leg spinner...

If this Rose Bowl pitch doesn't see an eyelid batted and we get a serious punishment for last week's Taunton one, I think I may expire from rage. We're going to lose by an innings on a first innings lead of 46 here...
