Couple of days until this all kicks off
Anyone care enough to make predictions?
I see Derbyshire have signed Scotland bowler Sayaan Sharif which is a very canny white ball acquisition.

Remembered at 10:52 that I hadn't yet set up my team. Within 7 minutes, 'Panicked Selection XI' were formed and picked. Ready to come last...

Luke Wells playing as a specialist spinner? I'm guessing it's turning as he and Briggs have just bowled out for 20-1-53-5...
Derbyshire going boom boom against Warwickshire, could be a fun chase if Pollock, Hain and er... Trott get going

Carrying on from where they left off last year to be fair. Although DBD is showing his class again.

More runs at no.3, albeit in the 50 over game, for Madsen I see. #Madswagon
On the televised game, that Lanky side looks perilously short on batting.

Duckett ran out for 2 off 12 balls. Good call captaining him.
That Lankies side has far, far too many bowling options. Four spinners ffs - they have the team balance of my Sunday side.

5 wickets for Matt Parkinson, bowling extremely well.

Jennings looking good. No real technical tweaks, but the feet are moving nicely and he's positive in everything he's doing. Given that he was reduced to a standing stone wafting half-heartedly at everything at the end of his run in the Test side it's good to see.

Middlesex have lost their first one-day game. Well there’s a shock.

Trotty to come out of retirement and be named in a shock move as England’s opening bowler for the 2nd Test?

Three hundreds in consecutive innings for Batman (Keaton). Is it automatic that England go to Gubbins next in the opener's merry-go-round, or is Jennings playing his way back into the frame?

What about Burns? As they said in the trauma ward.
