I love that my Broaderson thing has caught on btw.... Also, got to call this out: Lord Matt used it first on this forum, and I used it the next three times.

As an Essex fan I am struggling to be as optimistic as everyone else is (except corvusalbus). They don't usually do well when people predict them to be successful. Haven't put a great deal of thought into this but both divisions are pretty hard to call.
Division 1 1. Lancs 2. Yorkshire 3. Surrey 4. Essex 5. Somerset 6. Hampshire 7. Worcs 8. Notts
Division 2 1. Middlesex 2. Kent 3. Sussex 4. Northants 5. Warwickshire 6. Derbyshire 7. Durham 8. Glamorgan 9. Leicestershire 10. Gloucestershire

Forecast looks like all six first round games will actually see three solid days of play over the weekend & hopefully a decent amount tomorrow albeit a few delayed starts with overnight rain.
Will settle for that in early April!

Anywhere we can see all team/squad lists in one place?

Not that I could find. Wanted one for my mediocre players. I ended up using Wikipedia...

I mean, without wishing to self promote, Cricketxi.com has some very well researched team lists. Just as long as you sign up a fantasy team first Supposedly this is the Hampshire team for tomorrow: Jimmy Adams, Hashim Amla, James Vince, Sam Northeast, Rilee Rossouw, Liam Dawson, Lewis McManus, Gareth Berg, Kyle Abbott, Brad Wheal, Fidel Edwards Only five English-qualified players, looks like we might be able to have the usual discussion about Bransgrove's army!

#GlobalBritain #GlobalHampshire
Don't worry, Edwards will injure himself in a match or two and that'll probably bring the balance to 6. Maybe. We might play Holland if that happens!

Could bring in Holland and Ervine for maximum trolling

So there’s apparently a liveblog up. You have to tweet to take part, though, and I feel guilty about spamming my tiny following with county cricket stuff. Most follow me for videogames or NaNoWriMo reasons...

I made a separate Twitter account under this handle for the same reason

My predictions: D1 (ruddy difficult. No standout team at either end!): 1. Essex (Young squad, theoretically on the up. New coach a negative though?) 2. Surrey (I may be underestimating Sanga's impact, they could be 8th) 3. Hampshire (Because it looks biased if I put them as #1) 4. Lancashire (Raided Durham exceptionally well) 5. Yawkshur (We're lucky they can't have Williamson, Root and Pujara all at once!) 6. Worcestershire (Good depth, though lacking star quality. Relying on experience, and the good young players to fire) 7. Somerset (Meh overseas, several flirting with being away with England - need Abell to fire) 8. Nottinghamshire (Losing Hales a blow)
D2 (Even harder to predict, except P1) 1. Middlesex (Just seem superior in every department) 2. Sussex (Strength, depth, gillespie) 3. Kent (Darren Stevens) 4. Warwickshire (Depth and experience but a whole lot of meh players) 5. Durham (Decent overseas, will benefit when Stokes and Wood are around) The next 5 I really struggle with. 6. Northants (Important season for Duckett) 7. Gloucestershire (One of the strongest and deepest bowling attacks on paper) 8. Derbyshire (Qadri is beast on Cricket Captain, but give him a few seasons...) 9. Glamorgan (Hoping for a strong Aneurin Donald season) 10. Leicestershire (Weak as per but Carberry seems a good signing)
Most Runs: Stevie Eskinazi Most Wickets: Jofra Archer Breakthrough Player: Haseeb Hameed for his second breakthrough season in three... or failing that, I'll give my classic 'Ian Holland!' answer.
