What the heck is this tournament? As far as I can tell it has no context and has popped out of nowhere, yet it's even getting commentary on Cricinfo!

Livingstone's fantastic half century in a game where everyone else managed pitiful, was really the difference between the two sides. Warks have gone on to lose their second game, a case of tired legs maybe? Durham lost their opening game too.
Balladeer, it maybe irrelevant, but as long as the Lancs are winning something, let it roll on. They'd revert back to being shite once the championship starts, anyway.

Ooh, the "MCC World XI" seems to have three Cidermen in it. Today Taunton, tomorrow the World!

Mason Crane with a really good spell and Leach looking in pretty good rhythm.

Think you've got the apostrophes around the wrong word Aneesh, it should be 'trophy'. An apostrophy if you will - yes okay I'm sorry I'm leaving now, sorry.

Good signs for the Cidermen: Gregory absolutely dismantling the Middx. top order, with Leach taking the other wicket to fall. A good season to have switched my allegiance before?

Gregory has always been a strike bowler - but he's bowling with control as well, normally you see him 3-90 off 20 overs or something...

Overton comes back and bowls an absolutely beautiful over to get Malan and Franklin. Cider on top.

IT's always an exciting day going on to Cricinfo to see English domestic games going on! Even more exciting to see the lord Chris Cooke being named as Glamorgan's key man this season in their preview!

Ha! That looks like Middlesex, doing their best to muck up and somehow muddling through anyway.

Simpson aka the match winner when playing with No 11, has snatched the game out of nowhere for Midds.

Could be Yorkshire's last chance for a while to win the championship as we could be going the same way as Durham very soon if we don't manage to find millions and millions of pounds........eek.....personally think the odds on us are v tight given we won't see Root at all nor Bairstow this summer, and are likely to be providing some good drinks carrying cover in the shape of Plunkett and Rashid throughout test and ODI series, i'd say a lot depends on how Sidebottom holds up and whether our top and middle order can remember to hold the bat at the right end this year!
