Well, that was brutal.

That was astonishing, and I hate to say this, but - this is exactly my problem with LO cricket in its current format. That wasn't bowlers vs. batsmen, that was batsmen vs. their own egos. And that's not even (just) because it was Pakistan and their lousy ODI team: Amir bowled well from the sounds of things, he still got taken apart by Eoin 'Out-Of-Form' Morgan because the pitch was tiny and the ball did nothing.
Well done to four of England's top five, it was bloody impressive to get the highest ever ODI score, and Jos Buttler is a remarkable LO batsman - but I much preferred Steyn slicing through my second-favourite team in the other hemisphere.

83-3 off 10 overs in response... Still below the rate.

Well done England, amazing batting. With the Champions Trophy at home, I would be amazed if this side aren't favorites. @ bowlers who can bowl 90+mph (Wood hit 95 yipeee) Stokes and Woakes who can nail yorkers at the death and that's not even mentioning Willey or Rashid. The top five is amazing and on roads, they are simply too difficult to overpower unless u have the batting depth Windies showed against India in first T20I where they had Carlos Brathwaite coming in at No.9

Amir is better than a number 11. Fun 50.

I bet this makes Liam Plunkett's decision ahead of Bangladesh a lot easier.

This (fourth ODI at 97 overs) is far closer than it should be.
I say that and then Moeen basically wins the game. Just as planned...

Would've been quite interesting if Irfan had been able to bowl all 10 overs. Nice to see a closer game I guess...

Looking very likely to remain that England have never won a home series 5-0. Just didn't get going with the bat, and a great partnership here for the 4th wicket

You mean a one-sided series sandwiched in the middle of an even and exciting tour. Me too. Starting to dislike ODIs more and more with these roads being dished out.

Yeah pretty much. A five-match one-day series as well.
