And he's managed to hold on to it now, even better I was lucky enough to see him play at the O2 in the group stage this year and he really deserves it, very strong player in all aspects

Very mixed day in the world of British tennis. Murray retiring was pretty inevitable for the last year and a half, but it's still incredibly sad and he's done more here for the sport than anyone
But meanwhile, Cameron Norrie through to an ATP tour final, and Dart and Evans both qualifying for the Aussie open. 8 Brits in a grand slam that isn't Wimbledon! Marvellous. With that and the big bash I'm considering becoming nocturnal for a few weeks.

Extremely sad news about Andy Murray, a true ambassador of world sport.

2020 Surprise #4309
Djokovic disqualified?! Gutted to learn that in around a week's time, I will no longer be the joint most successful male tennis player born in the 90s ranked by GS wins. Is this the end of the big 4 dominance? Only time* will tell... Unbeaten season and massive favourite too. I love the "I shouldn't be disqualified because she doesn't need to go to hospital" line though!
*Obviously not, because there's the French Open next

So uh, I guess Emma Radacanu did a thing. Decent.
Wimbledon didn't want to give her a wildcard btw. Think she was worth the gamble in the end!

Unbelievable effort from Emma Radacanu, one of the all-time sporting achievements.
