Some people have been looking at LO from the start But since they are afraid you will ban them, no discussion has been made about the Machines.

And afraid they should be. From now on, any talk about the Middlesex match will result in complete erasure. ERASURE I SAY!

Karl Carver's maiden List A wicket was Gary Wilson, then he got Sangakarra

Not a bad start!
By the way, that post above was a joke. In fact, I feel that everybody should be made to heap scorn on The Machines for being broken piles of rusty dross.

I thought the Machines were a decent LO side. Don't know why they've been so poor this season. Although when three of your main players are playing in the Ashes, I suppose that doesn't help.

Not over the last couple of years, not at all. You'd think that having Morgan would help them.

RL50 summary and predictions:
Derby need to push on in the final 10 overs. Middlesex inching closer to 150. Somerset making 300 look like it is a long way away, when it isn't. Can Surrey get to 250?

From 7-83 to 161 all out, not a bad effort from Middlesex's lower order in the context of things. Still, you'd expect Lancs to win.
Also, 65 runs for Surrey from the last 5 overs.

Derby scored 70 off the last five overs despite losing three wickets. Klingon won't be happy with that. Glos set a stiff target of 275 off 48 overs thanks to twin centuries from Madsen and Rutherford.

Absolutely not, We'll lose by 65 runs.
We will win with a few overs to spare. Century opening partnership by Stoneman and Mustard.

Middlesex/Lancashire is turning out to be a low-scoring thriller. If Faulkner stays in it could be a thriller! Otherwise it'll be all over you'd think. Meanwhile Stoneman & Mustard are going for highest partnership of the competition so far!
