Fantastic win for Namibia, good to see the associates do well.

Scotland have a player called Harris Carnegie, which I'm fairly sure is one of the names Yorkshire's T20 mob have been known by. A definite candidate for the ranking system on here.

Time for us to start thinking about that again, Matt? Fantastic win for Namibia, good to see the associates do well. Hasn't gone quite so well today though. All out for 65.

All happening in the West Indies v Zimbabwe match, both needing to win to get into the quarters.
Zimbabwe only needed 3 more runs off their last wicket and the non-striker was mankaded, securing the win for West Indies.

That one is going to run and run. In the Windies' place I'd probably have done the same, but boy does it look ugly.

That's hilarious, Keemo Paul is my new favourite super villain.
Seriously though, the rules need to be clear on this. If the batsman is trying to gain an advantage, I have no problem with the run out.
If they're not trying to gain an advantage, then it shouldn't be 'technically' out and down to some daft spirit of cricket argument time and time gain.
Just write the bloody rules down.

Nepal gave Bangladesh a good run, came a lot closer than I thought it might have.
Odd that Nepal's captain didn't use Aarif Sheikh though. He bowled 2 maidens and only went for 9 runs, still had 5 overs left.

CRASSSSSSSHHHHHHH.
I'm guessing the young Englanders had probably never faced proper spin in spinning conditions before.

Expected Pakistan to comfortably win, surprised to see the Windies pull through to the semi-finals. Good to see though.

Wow, the Windies have won their maiden U-19 World Cup title. Terrific effort!
